Where standard doors fall short, special door systems provide airtight seals, rapid cycle times, or large-opening solutions. Hermetic doors maintain pressure and contamination control for cleanrooms and pharmaceutical facilities.

Revolving doors manage continuous pedestrian flow while controlling airflow at building entrances. Folding and bi-fold systems open wide spans for loading bays and large equipment access.

Application-Specific Engineering

Hermetic Doors — Airtight sealing for pharmaceutical cleanrooms, operating theatres and semiconductor fabrication. Pressure-rated gaskets around the full door perimeter maintain ISO Class 5–8 cleanliness. Available in sliding and swing configurations with flush thresholds for trolley movement.

Revolving Doors — 3-wing and 4-wing automatic revolving entrances up to 3.6m diameter. Manage continuous pedestrian flow while controlling building stack pressure and reducing HVAC load. Emergency breakout wings, speed control and safety sensors as standard.

Folding & Bi-Fold Doors — Multi-panel folding systems for openings up to 6 metres wide. Ideal for loading bays, equipment access corridors and hospital corridors where full-width opening is required but side space for sliding leaves is limited.

Custom & Special-Shape Doors — Curved, arched, trapezoidal and asymmetrical door shapes with integrated LED signage. Each system is designed from site survey with CAD drawings, fabricated in-house and PE (Civil) endorsed where structural modification is required.
